I EAT FOOD TOURS is proud to annunce that its Street Food Tour Deluxe is among the events proposed by Bocuse d’Or Europe Off 2018.  

Bocuse d’Or Europe OFF 2018 has been organised to welcome the Bocuse d’Or Europe – the international haute cuisine contest devised in 1987 by Paul Bocuse, the father of Nouvelle Cuisine, to promote the value and professionalism of chefs – which will be held in Turin from June 10 to 12.

Made up of an array of cultural initiatives aimed at the general public, the OFF programme is based on the assumption that food, hence haute cuisine, is an expression of a local area’s historical baggage and identity.

Of an idea of the contemporary world in constant conversation with other arts and disciplines with which it shares the ability to interpret the present and design the future.

Well, we are glad to take part of this wonderful venture as what we propose during our tasty experience is a culinary voyage in search of the soul and the history of Turin, a city of many parts, told in a host of food-themes stories. A vibrant, interactive itinerary consisting of  over 20 tastings of local specialities, the presentation of a city with more than two thousand years behind it through a timeless art form- food
