Picture this: cobblestone streets soaked in centuries of history, the off-the-beaten path of a millenial city, many secret culinary spots to unveil and a Michelin-starred chef guiding you through a gastronomic dream.

Welcome to Turin, where food isn’t just a meal: it’s a story, a ritual, and an art form.

And who better to lead you on this culinary escapade than Chef Abram—a maestro of flavors, storyteller extraordinaire, and your ticket to edible euphoria? 😀

Meet Chef Abram: Your Gourmet Guru

Chef Abram is not your run-of-the-mill chef. He’s a maverick in a white coat, wielding a whisk like a magic wand. Known for his Michelin-starred mastery and penchant for blending tradition with avant-garde flair, Abram brings a fresh perspective to Turin’s rich culinary landscape.

His food tours aren’t just about eating, they’re about understanding.

Why does a Barolo wine taste like velvet on your tongue? What makes gianduja, the city’s iconic hazelnut chocolate, a soul-soothing indulgence? Abram knows, and he’s here to spill the beans (pun intended).

The Journey Begins: Artisans, Stories and Mouthfuls

Savouring wines

Chef Abram is excited to take you on an foodie expedition you won’t forget!

He will be there for you to introduce you some of his favourite botteghe (artisanal food shops), traditional restaurants and wine bars, where delightful flavours and an array of different tastings seduce your senses.

Abram takes you beyond the scene, introducing you to vendors and culinary maestro he’s befriended over decades.

But Abram doesn’t stop at the food; he dives into the stories. Cause what would life be without stories, right? Food is all about tales and edible emotions, after all…

Cooking Classes with a Side of Sass

For groups and corporate events, Chef Abram is excited to create an out of this world FUNtastic cooking class.

But don’t expect a stiff, formal class. Abram’s teaching style is as unconventional as his menu. One moment, you’re learning how to hand-roll agnolotti (Turin’s signature pasta), and the next, you’re sipping vermouth as he shares anecdotes about this magical fortified wine invented in Turin, back in 1783.

Abram’s mantra? Cooking should be fun, intruguing and fearless. Don’t worry about perfect ravioli shapes; worry about whether you’re having a good time. Spoiler alert: You will be.

Truffles, Wine, and a Dash of Magic

Although he focuses on the secret treasures of wonderful Turin, Chef Abram will be more than excited to customise a marvelous food and wine expedition in the Langhe Region. Yes, cause if you like truffles and wines, that’s the land to be!

(Do not be worried, though, in Turin we are plenty of awesome spots to get the most amazing wine tastings and education).

However, he got you cover for an insider food and wine infused perspective of the gentle hills of Piedmont.

So, pack your appetite and your curiosity. With Chef Abram, Turin becomes more than a city; it becomes a feast—one you’ll savor long after the last bite.

Pro Tip: Don’t wear tight pants. You’re going to need room for all the pasta.

FOR EVER CHANGED

We can hardly believe our fortune to have spent quality spacious time with a brilliant and fascinating chef. He introduced us to the best of Torino. After tasting the best, and understanding the ingredients and process from the mind of a celebrated chef, my mindset is forever changed! I thought I was already part of the slow food movement, but my mind is now blown.

BEST FOOD TOUR EVER

If you visit Turin, you must do this tour! We have done many food tours all around the world. This was probably the best. Abram gave us amazing insight into the local cuisine. As a Michelin star chef, he was the best advisor that you could imagine. But most of all, he is a genuinely nice guy! We felt like we were exploring the city with a friend who knows all the locals and opens us closed doors. Abram: you are just fantastic! Thank you for introducing us to Alberto, for the fantastic street food and for the best specialities.
We will surely come back!

AMAZING UPSCALE FOOD TOUR IN TURIN

If you are looking for a truly incredible experience, I would highly recommend this food tour! My partner and I have done quite a few food tours throughout Europe and without a doubt this was the most unique. Much of this is due to our host’s, Chef Abram, amazing culinary background. His passion for food was evident throughout the tour as was his warm and sharing demeanor. Each stop was amazing as we sampled artisanal gelato, arancini, samples from a “pizza lab”, and finally a wonderful meal at a wine bar. However, in the end the best part of the evening was the wonderful conversation we had throughout the night with Chef Abram. Many thanks to he and Cecilia for creating something special!

BEST FOOD TOUR EVER

Like others have stated here, this was the best food tour EVER for us. Adam is an acclaimed chef and takes great pride in these tours. Wonderful stops and great amount of culinary and cultural history mixed into his relaxed conversation. He tailored the food selections to our requests. Take the wine option if one or more of you like wine pairings.

GASTRONOMIC DELIGHT!

What a fantastic evening spent with Abram, exploring the rich history of Turin’s food culture across the city. Abram’s passion was infectious and as a chef he has a very deep knowledge and appreciation for the skilful coming together of quality ingredients, infused by highly amusing anecdotes.
Thoroughly enjoyed, thanks.

BEST FOOD TOUR EVER

Abram is so knowledgeable and passionate about food, especially produce from this region. His knowledge and
energy took us on a unique journey we will remember forever.

A GLORIOUS AND TASTY INSIGHT INTO THE DELIGHTS OF TURIN

We’ve done food tours all over Italy and Spain, they are so often the best introduction to a city or region. This was without question the best city food tour that we have done. Abram just breathed enthusiasm for his passion…..he is trained chef. This passion clearly influences his choice of places to visit, from the wonderfully subtle beginning at the best gelato cafe in Turin, through to the glorious street food and pizza venues and finishing with a super Piedmontese menu meal with local Piedmontese wines. It also brought Turin into a whole new light after what had been an average first day. In fact it transformed our view of the city. Well done Abram and many thanks for a terrific 4 hours of great food, company and wine.

Well, you know, I could go on and on but I’ve decided to stop at 7, which is not only a magical number but also one of my favourites.

I take this chance to share our deepest gratitude for the amazing people we have hosted so far, who have taken time to let us grow also thanks to their wonderful feedback!

We do love You Very Much!

Until the next blog,

Cecilia
