DON'T WORRY, BE PURPLE!
Fresh made purple tagliatelle, with
-berry compote
-mozzarella stracciatella (similar to burrata, yet creamier)
-formaggio al Barolo aged for a long time in cellars, refined and enriched with Barolo Docg.

I prepared this dish in one of the private food experiences hosted at @colazioneinpiazzacastello a charming place with a vintage chic atmospheare and a great view to Turin's main attractions. Check it out and DM for more info about the private dining.
