Once upon a time there was a town which was the former capital of Italy, the epicenter of culture and source of inspiration for artists from across the world, as well as the European innovation hub. This city was called Turin.
Turin’s wide boulevards make you feel you are in Paris, and it’s Art Nouveau cafes remind of Vienna, yet Turin is not simply a copy: it is a testament to the unique features that represent “Made in Italy”. You can find it in the food specialties (chocolate, truffles or wines for example), football, industry (Fiat), and in the size of its Royal Residences and Castles (UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997). Going back to the heights of its splendor in 1700, imagine court life with the band of nobles, ladies and knights who whirled between official receptions and ceremonies. All this took place in a circuit of residences built around Turin, which demonstrated the magnificence of the royal family and were homes for pleasure and relaxation.
By joining us for this fine dining experience in a Royal Residence that dates back from 1700, the goal is to make you revive Turin’s Golden Age.

We want this experience to be flawless, so we chose a hidden gem in the heart of Turin. A peaceful and secret spot of antique charm that welcomes you with all its royal appeal. There will be a red carpet and a white marble stairways to welcome you, beautiful friezes and bas-reliefs that tell the myth of Demeter, and spectacular chandelier glass of Burano, a masterpiece from 1700.
This unique place is where Princess Maria Clotilde of Savoy danced with Jerome Bonaparte in 1859, marking their official engagement in front of Turin’s aristocrats. These walls listened to the performances of Arturo Toscanini and Francesco Tamagno, and this is where Italy’s freedom from France at the end of the 18th century was celebrated.
In short, an Italian pearl rich in history and culture, where you really experience the elegant touch of a wonderful city like Turin. But it dousn’t stop here, in this timeless atmosphere you’ll be guided through a Sensorial Experience by a great and friendly host: Chef Abram.
