Nice to meet you! My name is Cecilia and I am an Italian sociologist, specialised in culinary tourism strategy and event & travel design.
In 2017 I co-founded I EAT Food Tours and Events, which is an independent locally owned and run culinary tours & event design company, based in the gorgeous city of Turin, Piedmont.
When I founded I EAT I made the choice to connect my talents, expertise, personality and knowledge to my mission of creating significant connections through food. And so I am personally involved in designing each culinary and travel experience for a demanding international audience.
As a matter of fact, linking gastronomy and tourism provides a platform to promote the cultures through their cuisines and it also helps to promote sustainable tourism through preserving valuable cultural heritage, empowering and nurturing pride amongst communities, and enhancing intercultural understanding.
And so to enrich your travel experience and let you feel a deeper connection with local people and places, I would love designing for you a personalised travel planning .
